HIGH-PRESSURE SOLUTIONS FOR STORING AND TRANSPORTING HYDROGEN AND OTHER GASES

STATIONARY STORAGE

We offer stationary container storage systems ranging in size from 10 to 45 feet, designed to operate at a pressure of 500 bar.

The container frame is made of high-quality steel with a modular construction. The container connects to the filling/discharge station via a panel located at the rear of the ground storage system. Optionally, other commonly used connectors can be installed, as well as multiple outlet or filling pipes (e.g., with a pressure regulator). It is also possible to install pressure and temperature sensors for process monitoring. Additionally, our offer includes safety systems such as TPRDs, emergency shutdown buttons, and overfill protection.

Optionally, other commonly used connectors can be installed, as well as multiple discharge or filling connections (for example, with an intermediate pressure regulator). It is also possible to install pressure and temperature sensors for process monitoring.

In addition, our offer includes safety systems such as:

  • TPRD – thermal pressure relief device for protection against excessive pressure,

  • Emergency shutdown button – rapid system cutoff in case of danger,

  • Overfill protection – control of the amount of hydrogen being refueled.

MOBILE REFUELING STATION

A mobile refueling station for vehicles enables refueling up to a pressure of 350 bar and does not require a building permit. Currently, Hexagon Purus—a pioneer in hydrogen storage and refueling—is designing a mobile refueling station capable of operating up to 700 bar. The system, consisting of a storage container and a mobile refueling container, is delivered as a complete solution, including all safety systems. After a one-day assembly process, the system is ready for operation.

The system features intelligent control elements that enable efficient and automated vehicle refueling. It can be monitored 24/7, and remote control functionality provides an additional layer of safety and protection. As part of our service, we offer basic training in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of the station.

MOBILE HYDROGEN DISPENSER

The mobile hydrogen dispenser is a portable, cost-effective, and user-friendly solution for refueling trucks, buses, construction vehicles, forklifts, and other vehicles powered by compressed hydrogen, up to a maximum pressure of 300 bar. The system is compatible with various types of hydrogen storage, including stationary storage (bundles, containers) and mobile storage units (transport modules). Notably, the filling panel operates without the need for electricity.

MOBILE REFUELING CONTAINER

The mobile refueling container enables filling up to 350 bar and integrates both hydrogen storage and dispensing functions. The system does not require an additional compressor or hydrogen pre-cooling, which significantly reduces electricity consumption. The unit is equipped with a flow meter and a touch panel for easy operation.

HYDROGEN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS

A distinctive feature of the gas transport systems is their modular design, which combines maximum stability with low weight. The containers are designed and manufactured in accordance with ADR regulations and can be supplied with either a 2- or 3-axle chassis. All systems are available in sizes ranging from 10 to 45 feet, with pressure ratings of 300, 381, or 500 bar. The cylinders are housed in a high-quality steel frame and feature a fully containerized construction. In addition, the systems are equipped with safety features such as TPRDs, emergency shut-off buttons, and under-pressure protection.

HIGH-PRESSURE GAS BUNDLES

This system consists of multiple cylinders housed in a steel frame, with a pressure range of 200 to 1000 bar. It features a user-friendly panel that combines the outlet ports of the bundles into a single interface. The cylinder bundle is available as either a mobile (TPED) or stationary (PED) option.

HYDROGEN FUEL STORAGE SYSTEMS

Storage tanks for vehicles—such as buses, trucks, trains, construction vehicles, and other mobile applications—operate at a pressure of 350 bar, with the option to install a Pressure Regulator Unit (PRU).

HYDROGEN HIGH-PRESSURE TYPE IV CYLINDERS

We also offer Type IV hydrogen cylinders. These products are manufactured in our facility from the very first stage—liner production—through the installation of fittings, to the final stage of carbon fiber winding. In addition, we have specialized equipment that allows us to fully test each product.

Thanks to a wide range of cylinder sizes and pressure ratings, we can provide solutions tailored to your needs, including:

  • Mobility applications as hydrogen tanks in vehicles (350 bar, 700 bar)

  • Hydrogen infrastructure as storage tanks (250 to 950 bar)
